چکیده
Cutaneous ciliated cyst are relatively rare benign lesions, found in the dermis or subcutis of lower extremities young females their second and third decades. The cysts typically lined by cuboidal to columnar epithelium, showing pseudostratified areas focal squamous metaplasia is occasionally present. Immunohistochemical studies have demonstrated that can be PR ER positive, similar epithelia fallopian tubes. pathogenesis yet being studied, some hypotheses been proposed including Mullerian heterotopias, eccrine sweat glands, embryonic remnants cloacal membrane. We report a cutaneous over right gluteus area 29 year old female. On histologic examination, was occasional papillary projections.
